The main aim of DNB Service Centre Riga is to provide a high level of service to the bank’s clients in Norway. DNB Service Centre Riga concentrates on Lean and automatization of the processes. Team in Riga has grown to more than 260 employees during these five years.

COORDINATOR in Department Business Support


Job duties

  • Coordination of administrative activities and documentation, preparation of documentation for management team on request,
  • In accordance with applicable laws, Group policies and procedures and ethical standards:
    • Responsible for procurement activities
    • Responsible for coordination of branding, communication and SharePoint in the Section
    • Responsible for planning and coordinating of training and events for employees
  • Contribute in professionalization of the Section in accordance with Operations strategy and plans, identify development opportunities and actively      contribute in improvement work
  • Participate in or run projects as required



  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Norwegian language skils on minimum B2 level
  • Structured and executed plans with commitment and determination
  • Be self-driven and have a proactive mindset
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills, including strong Power Point and Excel skills
  • Has good Business understanding and commercial awareness
  • Strong teamwork skills, good to build and utilize networks
  • Quickly understand governance set-up, able to work and act in a matrix organization


Experience from project work within DNB Group will be perceived as an advantage. A desire to extend one’s professional expertise is necessary. The ability both to work independently and within a team is critical.


We are looking for the candidate who is motivated by the opportunity to ensure an effective and successful operation in Riga.

The position will have a job contract based on local terms and conditions.
