The Platform division is responsible for defining the vision and the overarching target business architecture, goals and principles for a Banking-as-a-Platform and anchoring that vision in every business unit and IT in DNB. Further, the responsibility lies in defining and validating the business case for the Banking-as-a-platform. Identify and define the business criteria for the core assets and capabilities needed to realize the Platform. And by that ensuring that all new initiatives, products and services in DNB, as far as reasonable, is contributing to driving us towards the target end state for banking-as-a-platform.
The division is also responsible to develop and own DNB’s overall strategy for ID and profiles. Included Identifying, validating, prioritizing and implementing new business opportunities related to ID and ensure that the bank has future proof ID infrastructure in place, which includes IT and data infrastructure. There is no point in building a platform for the sake of it. Nor is there a point in generating strategies without the ability to execute on it. To start our journey we are looking for a Platform Strategy Lead and a Platform Architecture Lead, whom are able to blend business pragmatism with strategical and technical knowledge, to help us investigate platform components and turn that into business and platform services.
We are looking for purpose driven profiles with very good entrepreneurial skills that are both commercial/business and technical strong. The candidates should have experience in banking, platform as a business model and a good grip on both technical and especially product development in general.
You will help define the overall Platform Strategy, including goals, architecture and implementation plans for various services and products. You will participate in translating business needs into feasible platform services / products. You will further participate in interaction and demonstrate an ability to work across domains such as business areas and IT to facilitate important architectural and business decisions and implementation of these internally and beyond the other units.
You will furthermore take an active role in defining future services / products related to the platform both commercially and technically. This will also involve the co-ordination and management of multiple initiatives / services / products, as well as coordinate and facilitate dialogue across multiple functions (matrix management) to ensure that common versus distinctive needs are properly balanced in the development. In this role, you will play a significant role in exploring, defining and scaling our future revenue streams.
