Murex MX.3 Support Consultant

IT Markets is responsible for development and maintenance of all IT solutions relevant for DNB Markets – Norway’s leading investment bank in terms of its size and the breadth of its expertise.

We are expanding our development team in Oslo as we will bring Murex MX.3 into our portfolio and are looking for people that want to join our Support team.

This is an opportunity for experienced Murex MX.3 all-rounders to join a small team working with greenfield Murex MX.3 implementation.

Support Consultant

You will act as Murex MX.3 Subject Matter Expert in a Technical Support team that includes EOD chain support, weekend releases preparation and coordination, incident solving, configuration management for development/integration environments.

Expected experience and knowledge:

  • Provide quality technical support on / around the entire Murex MX.3 production chain
  • Analyze and manage incidents and propose solutions
  • Contribute to an innovative and professional support environment
  • Manage the Technical Releases
  • Strong ability to capture detailed requirements and maintain traceability throughout all phases of a project.
  • Experience in translating business requirements into the functional requirements.
  • Ability to liaise with testing team and manage the testing lifecycle including defect management
  • Murex MX.3 experience across either: Back Office (Accounting, Payments, Workflow, Clearing) or Front Office (Equities, Commodities, Fixed Income, Credit, FXMM, FX Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives) or Risk (Market Risk, VaR, PnL, Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk) or Regulations
